The order was delivered and 1 of the bowls is chipped. Came onto WhatsApp chat with agent Lungile (@12:22pm), who advised me to go to store for the exchange. I then asked for an exchange as I'm not able to go to a store and was told the collection/exchange could take weeks!
That is bad service from Mr Price Home if one can order online and have it delivered within days, why is it that it takes weeks to collect/exchange as the issue/fault is not mine. Now I have to wait "weeks" for this to be resolved? That is disgusting! The level of service you offer is great until it comes to rectifying your mistakes in a timely manner? I really don't mind a week but more than that is just bad service!
his experience has now proven I will no longer be shopping at Mr Price Home as the overall experience is not efficient & more hassle that it's worth. The collection has been logged, and have no choice but to wait however but you have lost a customer.
