Mr Price - Cellphone insurance claim

How long does Mr Price insurance claim take? I submitted my claim in about 1 month and a half (6weeks) ago. I was being patient since I've phone them 2 weeks after.

A guy picked up say my claim is being reviewed and that I will get feedback in 48 hours. I never received any feedback at all. Every time I tried to phone all their agents are either busy and you have to wait until the next available agent.

I feel that I was victimized when they sold me that cellphone insurance.
