My phone was stolen on 20 August 2021 and I have been spending a week trying to contact Mr Price Insurance both telephonically with borrowed phones and via email, to no result.
I was forced to go to a branch and wait for 40 minutes for someone to help me. Eventually that person just called the Inurance department that I had been calling for nearly a week. After 5 minutes of ringing the phone phone was finally answered. It took the operator 5 further minutes to ask 2 questions: my phone number and ID. 5 whole minutes.
Eventually I was handed the phone and the operator informed me that my insurance premium had been cancelled WITHOUT any prior warning or notice. Upon consulting my statements, I see I am still paying the premium, so as far as I'm concerned the phone is still insured.
WHAT THE * FORBIDDEN * AM I SUPPOSED TO DO!?!?!?!? I ALWAYS GET THE WOOOOOOOOOOOOOORST SERVICE FROM YOU FUCKING IDIOTS.
