Mr Price - Bad service

I placed an order at Mr Price on the 7th September 2023.....they did send me a notification on the 8th that my parcel will be shipped. According to the tracking on On the Dot website is my order placed on hold. No communication on why my order was placed on hold. I spoke to Zinhle on Friday the 14th September at 17:15 and requested that my order to be cancelled and she told me that she have to send a cancellation request to the couriers and will come back to me...what she did not do

I asked again via email today what the movement on my order was. Ntshika Nonqona phoned me after i gave her my phone number only to tell me that I cancelled the courier and that I will go and pick it up...i never cancelled the courier...why will I then ask for my parcel twice

I placed my order with Mr Price and not with the courier, they must give me answers.

The estimated delivery date was for the 14th of September...it is not about the delivery that upsets me the most but he communication regarding that and also why lie and said that i said i will go pick it up. Since I ordered from Mr Price I never went and pick it up. If me staying on a plot is the problem, then my must make a note and let me know for future references

I was also cut short on my conversation when I try to explain to them why I am unhappy.

For a regular customer at Mr Price, i think this is unacceptable. They can really go learn from Builders, Dis-chem and Clicks
