On the 20th of December I went to Mr price in South Gate and I received bad customer service..
Upon my arrival (5 o’clock ), there was loadsheading therefore the store was closed .I asked the gentleman at the door if the store will be open today ,and he advised me that the store will be open when the electricity cames back ( 6 o’clock ) .He also advised me that the store closes at 7 o’clock ..I stood outside the store along with other customers waiting for the electricity to came back..
When the electricity came back we’re were advised that the store closes at 6 o’clock, therefore they won’t open
After a few minutes we were let in the store ..
The staff at Mr price was very angry about this Especially the lady’s ( as I didn’t have any encounters with the males ),they kept on taking about how they want to leave ..particularly two ladies I requested help from ..
Both the ladies had attitude.
They were not helpful at all..
If the staff didn’t want to help us , they should have told us that the store closes at 6 ,so that we don’t wait to be treated like we are not allowed to be there ..
I wasn’t going to waste my time waiting for the electricity to came back only to be treated like I’m not supposed to be there
