I ordered items on the 16th June 2022 items were sold out /no stock and I was only told about that a month later after sending numerous emails and phone calls and I was told that I will get a voucher and I said to the email and to the agent that I do not want Mr Price home vouchers as I do not have any intentions of buying from them again because of the unacceptable behavior towards me as their loyal customer and after all that I was advised to send bank confirmation or bank statements and my money will be in my bank account within 7days and it's been 3months waiting and every time I call or email Im told that my money in my bank I must wait and now we are in August and today I was told to send my bank statement again. Now I want Mr Price to tell me how we move from here and where or I must just forget about my money cause I refused a voucher and I was told that the voucher was destroyed or closed long time ago but where is my money or Mr Price doesn't see anything wrong this is their way of treating customers stealing their money and give us runaround up until we get tired and let them score.
