Firstly the music in store was so loud that you couldn't even hear yourself think. Secondly the line to pay was so long it was going around the store and you only had 3 assistants working. And thirdly (and this is my favorite part) when I got to the till your assistant doesn't even greet me (barely even acknowledge me even though I greeted her friendly) she proceeds to ring up a plastic bag that I 1. Did not ask for. 2. She never asked if I wanted. Then when I tried to get her attention to tell her that I didn't want a plastic packet he flat out ignored me. I tried several times to get her attention and then she snaps at me and tells me "I heard you the first time" so I asked her if she heard me the first time why didn't she acknowledge me to which her reply was to just continuing to ignore me. I understand that we all have bad days, but this is no excuse to treat your customers that way.
