More than 13 emails sent to the Fraud department with Affidavit and confirmation from MTN that my number was compromised. Zero acknowledgement or response from the fraud department.
Complaint logged on Hello Peter. A Clancey responded with an apology, there is where it ended. No feedback from the Mr Price Hello Peter team.
Multiple conversations with consultant Ryan Mohan who tried to assist by escalating to the fraud department.
4 months down the line, no traction has been made.
