Mr Price - 0122

I took out a layby @mr price mams mall, however I wanted to exchange for different color because I got the axact product as a gift prior to taking out the layby. I was told I can not exchange or get a refund until after 24 hours, I was forced to go back the next day which I was told that the system is offline. I had the merchandise that I did not need for 4 full days because they did not want to help me.... Unfortunately I do not have a receipt because I did a refund @ Mr price menlyn where I got an excellent service and told that there is no such thing as a 24 hour delay for layby return and exchanger
