Montecasino - Movie cancelled without proper communication

Movie at cinema 13 was to start at 20:15. Nothing happened and kept in darkness for 35min before any explanation. We then complained and thereafter told they are rebooting for a min or two. This took another 20min before any communication. After 1hour we were told that the movie is cancelled and have to come another day. Clearly no one was aware of what was going on in that cinema nor cared to update on time. I am a very loyal customer of Monte and this was very disappointing
