Montecasino - Manager yelling at children and customers

The manager interrogated and yelled at an 11 year old child with regards to age restrictions despite the child not having any knowledge of what is going on . There was obvious confusion on the part of the woman accompanying the child who acknowledged her own error however witnessing him to that to a child in public and seeing that boy cry is just so heartbreaking . This needs to be addressed because a child’s dignity was violated
