My e-mail to [email protected] dated 1 January 2022 elicited a case number, being 10152730 but no other response. My reminder e-mail dated 28 January 2022 elicited another case number, being 10298676, but no other response. My telephone call to Customer Care at 10:20 on 1 March 2022 elicited no response.
