I received a phone call regarding my contract that has expired and and also the Tracking device not working.
So a new contract was drafted and a new device was scheduled for installation..
No one phoned me to make arrangements only got feedback few days later to "Re-schedule".
I've waited, nothing happened.
Again few days later I was contacted to arrange time and place..
In the mean time, I cancelled/terminated the service, but no response. I got billed and money was debited from my account.
I will take this further, and even go to Carte Blanche!!
