MiWay - Car not properly fixed

I had an eccident in 2022. The front bumber of my car was dameged, i was insured with miway and they took the car to proline autobody for repairs. My car was not repaired up to starndard, bumper is not lined up and is loose, paint work was bad. They further damaged the grill and car is making noice when i drive. Is been almost a year now and my car has not been fixed. The Miway nsurance and the repairer has been giving me a run around till now. Miway insurance is not helping me in this matter they went on to hike my premiums 3times what i was paying before.
