I want to lounge a dispute with the electrical department of Carletonville municipality.I think they sold me a faulted token for the prepaid electricity.Senfing me to the electrical department and the electrical department sending me back to the municipality.The incompetent technician telling me I have too many units, that's why it shows doublication/ I think he was drunk/.
I bought it yesterday for R 700 and when I inserted the token it show me ..DDDDDDDrrrr....,went back and they gave me another 2 tokens.I must try one,if not working I must insert the second one.No one of them worked, showing the same error.One technician came with me with another token for R10 ,just to check and did the same,but he did something and it show decoding and after it worked.I went to the superintendent,who asked them to reprint the token and try again with the second technician...the same story.I went to claim my money back,so they refused.I still have electricity.Want to know who is the manufacturer so they can clarify and proof what is wrong...no answer.
