Not answering the pharmacy phone even when they're standing around behind counter talking, doing nothing! I stood at counter right in front of them and called the pharmacy. I could hear the phone ringing, they laughed and then they they just turned off the volume of the phone instead of answering it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
