I am very disappointed with McDonald's in canal walk, I order there on a daily and today I just received unpleasant service. The cashier Zimi Ncwana refused to assist me as I always buy at the till, because the machine doesn't always allow me to make the changes I make every time. I am a regular customer, but no thank you I cannot support a company with such rude staff as the manager even refused to hear my side of the story.
I hope and wish that McDonald's can start having better staff
