Matjhabeng Local Municipality - No water in Carey Street for 6 days

We reported the burst pipe on 25th May 2022 at 13:12PM. The water has been running constantly since. No one came to close the tap of the street and I want to make complaint against 3 Matjabeng members that did not even bother to do anything about this problem. I took a video and send it to this 3 members but it was ignored. I want to lay a complaint to this 3 members that they waste taxpayers money and that they should be disciplined.
