Good day Customer Care and Complaints Book

Kindly assist me in the matter at hand.
Aneesa Burger is not communicating to me regarding the injury reported with reference number 22/198923.

I have sent her numerous emails to get clarity on the issue. She submitted me a settlement for another person and not for me.
Therefor I need to contact her supervisor as she does not react to my emails. I have tried to call her as well but to no response.

Your assistance is highly appreciated.
