Markhams - Poor service

On the 22/09/2023 at around 11am, myself and my partner we went to markhams in germiston at golden walk were we went to pay out the balance of R1150 off which the laybye was made in july this year but when we get there to pay out the out standing balance, we were told that one of the item from our laybye was not there, is missing, we were dissapointed and not happy with their services and we waited for almost 1 and half hour waiting there, and we cancelled the laybye
