I brought a phone on December 2023, it broke on January 2024 and asked the store if it does fix the phone. They said they will send it since my phone was less then a month old but provided that I will pay for repair costs which they said they won't be much. I left my phone and they said the comp that fixes phone will contact me regarding the price. Since then I never heard from them nor the company. I kept calling and visiting the store. After 2 months I was told how much the price is for r fixing the phone, I declined since the price was more than of the price I brought my phone with. Now I want my phone back and I am unable to get it. Every time I call the store they a person responsible for my case is not in but they will call. It's been 4 months and I am now angry
