Im writting this with a creastfallen heart . So on the 31st June 2023 made a online purchase of an airfryer , paid and was informed I shall receive my package within 3-7working days . Whilst waiting on my order was than informed that my order is now cancelled , was asked to send them my banking details , ID copy and copy of proof of purchase . but its now 3rd weeks later and I have not received my refund I call them on a daily but I get placed through the call centre whereby they stated that they will pass the message and I will be called but nothing. I want my money
