Ordered items and they canceled some of them claiming there’s no stock and they’ll refund. I then emailed them to cancel the whole order and refund me but they never responded,days later a lady calls me asking me when am I fetching my order and I told her to cancel and refund me.the following day I get an email that my order was collected,I then called their call centre and they said it’s a mistake they’ll escalate and they’ll fast track my refund.they even asked for my banking details acting as if they’ll do it fast and till to date I have not heard anything from Makro and my Refrund it’s still not done.
I just want my Money AsaP.
