I've placed and online order for a Xmas gift on 26 Nov'22. After multiple follow ups, and a courier going to the RIVERSANDS branch 12 times, just to end up empty handed, I never received delivery on my goods ordered. I requested a refund and I'm still waiting, customer support is not helping, if you're lucky enough to get through and not being put on hold for 25minutes + and then just cut off.
Then you have to deal with rude consultants as well. Just not getting through to RIVERSANDS branch to get my money back.
