Makro - Order not delivered or refunded

Good day my order was placed on the 23rd or 24th of Nov. Some items were delivered and a lot was not delivered. I still want the items or I want the refund paid in my account today. I send numerous mails from the 6th of Dec with no feedback. I even reported them at Hallo Peter and still nothing is sorted today. We are getting close to.Chridtmas and I am without groceries because of Makro. They just do not come back to you on e mail, phone and even whatsapp
