I placed an order via the Makro website and also made use of their instant EFT payment method. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but the online order portal still says "awaiting payment". After 3 phone calls and 3 emails with the proof of payment attached to customer support, my query is still not resolved.

Makro eventually resolved my issue after I sent them several emails and made several phone calls. Their staff was also not trained very well to deal with refunds or providing ETA's. Rather shop instore and leave the online shopping for other well established brands.
