Delivery was set for today.
Took unpaid leave to accept delivery.
Then received and email stating theres a delay. When i contacted helpline, head office and customer care line only response is sorry we dont know when item will be found because they dont know where the stock is.
Explained that i cant just keep taking unpaid leave for their delays.
Answer is sorry we cant help you.
So basically i have to deal with it and be in the mercy of when they feel like delivering a product that was sold with a scheduled delivery that they dont even know where or if they have stock.
Quick to take your payments but once they have it you dont matter as a customer.
