Bought a fan from Makro SA in Bloemfontein in November 2023, took it back become it is not working anymore. According to their policy it will be assessed and only after 6 weeks a refund or replacement product will be done. Quite ignorant staff as well. Will never ever buy anything at Makro again, threw my Makro card at them as well to destroy.
