Makro - Makro online nightmare

On Black Friday I placed two online orders with Makro. With the first, the funds for the order were taken off but the order only showed processing and then cancelled with the funds still taken out of my account. The second order was charged for twice. I've phoned and emailed countless times.I've also sent the erroneous proof of payments numerous times to Ayanda, Gomolemo, Norman and Zoe with no resolution weeks later. How can a huge Dutch brand such as this have such horrific customer service and be allowed to thieve thousands from customers! After this I'm no longer a customer of Makro and I will spread my word...
