Makro - Makro fails to deliver - online order

I made an online purchase on 7-11-2024. Selected delivery options and successfully paid for the item.
The item was scheduled to be delivered by Saturday 9-11-2024.
I received texts confirming delivery is 8-11-2024 between 8am - 6pm. Item was not delived on Friday.
As order had said "delivery by Saturday, As expected it should have arrive yesterday (9-11-2024), sadly it hasn't. Makro has failed to deliver my purchase within the time period specified.
Makro has made no attempt to contact me to inform/update me.
Dissatisfied immensely! This purchase will be my first and last online purchase through Makro's Online Store. I do not recommend you their services either. Unless you want to sit waiting around for a delivery like I am.
