I am highly disappointed in Makro.. 1st i ordered something then they send the wrong stock .. i had to send it back.. i been sending emails they said they will email me on the 25th for the out come of my refund no one came back to me.. now they keep on saying the refund has been escalated to finance for processing.. i told them the rufund is urgent.. but they don't seem to care about there customers.. the supplier that sells through makro told me i would get my refund last week .. but till waiting.. i will never buy makro online ever again.. highly disappointed today ot was said they still haven't processed my refund they don't know when they will do it
