We placed the order on the 28th of November. Order eventually delivered on the 8th of December. We have a missing item and a damaged item. We have been phoning every day and every time its the same story. They have escalated the matter and highlighted the products, we will receive feedback within 24 - 48 hours. We haven't received any response even though we are phoning every day
