Makro - False advertising at makro

False advertising at Makro. They advertise KINDLE branded covers but the real thing received is either GENERIC or branded COBAK. When I contacted them about it, they tellme: send the FSN ID or we can't help you. What is an FSN ID?!?
The product is either **** or falsely advertised. How can this happen in 2024?
