order placed online with Makro on 30/11/2024 and according to their policy, delivery is normally done within 2-5days
since the 30th of November, i have received no updates from them on the delivery of my order for a deep freeze. I have been constantly calling and following up. My call today, i was told to hold the lady is going to check with a Supervisor, i was kept on the call for over 10min, for the hope i can put the call down and they dont have to deal with me further. I am getting no email updates, nothing.
We used our savings to finally make the choice of buying a deep freeze which we desperately need and they are not giving any attention to this.
