I have been struggling to log a return online. I reached out to the customer support, spoke to about six agents and none of them could help me.
Two of them said they can assist to log the return manually, which never happened. Three of them said they will escalate my request, it's over two weeks and my query has still not been resolved.
I'm still stuck with the item to be returned, still being sent from pillar to post.
This has been such an inconvenience
