Order no MAK5163240
I Placed the above order online on the 8 September 2023. Out of the 5 items i received only 4. The item outstanding is the grater. I sent email to find out what the movement of the outstanding item was, no one responded. I phone on the 22 September, spoke to Mario and he said that he will send an email to the marketing department and they will come back to me, still waiting for them. I phoned again on Tuesday the 26 September, spoke to Philile and she told me the same thing...will send an email to the marketing department. still waiting and we are on the 29th September today
Even if my outstanding order is only R69.00...it is the principal that counts. On my previous order the lied and said I canceled the item on my order that i never did....it does not help to say sorry but the service not getting better. Makro start to get worse than Takealot and there service is bad. Why must the customer use our airtime and data to find out where our order is if it is the supplier responsibility to keep in touch with the customer. I am not going to phone again and follow up and want answers from Makro by letting me know.. I am certain they have a supervisor or manager who must sort it out
