Bad Customer service : Makro online Germiston
When you think online shopping is convenient but it turns into a nightmare.
On the 30th of October 2024 I made an order online, I ordered 9 items and only 6 items were delivered. So i received the order on the 4th of November 2024 and escalated the 3 items that were missing. It was escalated and I was informed that it will take approximately 48 hours to be resolved. 2 weeks later I’m still taken from one department to the other. We had to postpone our event to another date because we couldn’t have the event with the other items. Now the new date of the event is today 16/11/2024 and guess what the order is stuck somewhere in a warehouse in Johannesburg and now the store that’s in charge of this called to tell me that they will process the refund. If a simple order took 2 weeks to be delivered you can imagine how long the refund will take.
The store in charge is Makro Germiston and the people dealing with the escalation are : Kabelo and Boitumelo. This is the most horrible service that I have ever experienced.
