I ordered a chaise chair which was cancelled by Makro on the 18th September due to stock unavailability. Since that time, they have not refunded me. I have called numerous times and emailed them. Every time I am told that my case has been escalated for fast track refund.
Can Makro refund my money soon and stop playing games with my money., Its been more than 6 weeks waiting for my refund. I am tired of excuses and it costs me a lot of money to call thier call centre.
