Luno - Luno refuse to unlock account

I requested my account be locked due to strange activity on my account. I then requested Luno to unlock my account and I had to go through a long phone call and redo all security protocols where they advised it would then be opened after 48 hours. I have now been waiting over 10 days and nobody responds to my numerous reference numbers and there is not contact number of e-mail address to resolve my concern.
Luno was quick to lock my account, but now nobody is assisting and my funds are stuck.
