LottoStar - Fraud/scam

I placed a bet on Aviator for R5000 to auto cashout at 2.00x, that would win me R10000. The plane reached 2.00x and flew away but it didn't cashout. My argument is that I set the auto cashout at 2.00x and it reached but it didn't cashout, and when I enquired about this they told me that it was a loss due to my bet not being able to communicate with the server in time. I mean that's not my problem. Aren't this supposed to happen instantly and my question is why didn't they let us the player know that the server doesn't trigger our bets immediately... I wouldn't have risk my money because what I know is that the game is accurate.

Please credit me for what I won, the plane reached a point I've set it to reach at 2.00x, on auto cashout bet.
