Liberty - Annuity and death claim

I would like to file a complaint ofor the above company regarding my husband death claim he passed away on the 27 Aug 2023 and since then I have never received money for my claim for the funeral which this is not acceptable I have send all the documents that was required and then today they send me a email for affidavit of his previous wife I mean she is not even on the policy agreement I am his wife and I need my payment ASAP my husband is dead two months now no payment has been given I need this to be sorted out very urgently
