I HAVE NOT HAD THE COMMON DECENCY OF YOUR RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT (SEE ATTACHED).
OBVIOUSLY BRAND ARE ARE LAXADAISICAL AS HIRSCHS BRAKPAN.
YOUR 'DON'T CARE' APPROACH IS UNHEARD OF, UNLIKE YOR COMPETITORS WHO TREAT DELICATE MATTERS OF THIS NATURE WITH PROFESSIONALISM. (IF THE CAP FITS, WEAR IT).
YOU ARE ONE STEP AWAY FROM THIS INCIDENT GOING VIRAL. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
