LG - Holes in clothes

I purchased a washer/dryer from you in July 2023 and thereafter had 2 complaints when there were holes in clothing. On 2 occasions I complained showing pictures of the holes in 3 items of clothing. A serviceman was sent out each time but found nothing wrong. I stopped complain and simply threw out the clothing with holes,. However I had just purchased a beautiful new dress for my son’s wedding and now it has holes in it. I am fed up with this continually happening and either you replace this faulty machine or fix it for once and for all. If I have no satisfaction after all this time, I will go on Hello Peter and complain
