On the 21-12-22 I went to Lewis Soshanguve plaza branch to report problems with my laptop, Sales person by the name of ( name withheld) was very helpful and attend to my problem but he explains that he cannot assist me further he transferred me to cashier who was busy with two internal staff for more than hour ,when she is done she just left the desk leaving me waiting for her , another lady went to call her and she came out having her lunch with her going outside and saying anyone can help she is going for lunch.

NB: anyone is entitled to have lunch but the manner she handled herself was unacceptable.
They told her she is the one who is able to handle that case .
The manager call me to help apparently he noticed I was not happy.

While he was busy talking to me the same lady came to managers desk start talking to him ignoring me and manager inform her in Tsonga language to greet me. She greeted and left.

Conclusion: I didn't report this to the manager because he was aware and he witness this behaviour.
The conduct and behaviour of this lady must be investigated and proper disciplinary to unfold to avoid further unfair treatment to customers.
