my account is in arrears as i was unemployed. I did inform the store about the problem however they are harassing my mother and told her to make payment on my behalf, who is the pensioner. They threatened her to take the furniture is she does not pay .I know i am behind but i did try to make the payment arrangements with them and they told me they cannot accept it.
Also i am no longer staying at home .
