I have made multiple requests to this branded store to please assist me after they agreed to settle for discount to pay up the account with them. Up until now...customer service ignores my requests and I have mailed and called them countless times to please assist me not even the local branch are willing to do anything about it. All I want is the settlement letter they promised before I made payment and are still expecting to pay up the outstanding balance.
