Lewis Furniture - Lewis store

Today I went to Lewis stores in voortrekker road .. I've submitted all my details and while they checking if I qualify I talked to the one agent assisting me and told her I urgently need to be somewhere else and ask asked her if it's possible if she could contact me if I approved .. I then went to go make myself a loan which I qualified for..while sitting at the loan place still I've received a sms from Lewis to tell me it's been a approved .. I then rushed back to Lewis stores and they told me I have r7500 credit and I must pay a deposit if I purchase they still explained to me why it works like that is because I have 2 accounts that's in arrears .. oh my word not even a minute they tell me that I can't take anything anymore and they've taken my credit I was so shocked and I'm so so upset and I'm not leaving this matter like this I'm taking this further what kind of place is this? I was looking forward to the account and now they can't give it to me ? This so unacceptable on so many levels .. but I'm not done with this.
