Good day
I would like to complain about Kakamas Lewis Store staff that keeps on going to my mother's house regarding a TV that was bought on account from someone with the same name as mine,but the surname is Kaffer, while my surname is Kaffeer, with double e. I am trying to call the branch manager regarding this, and my next step with be involving the police.
I have a sick mother that cannot take stress at all. I am not going to explain myself any further as i know 100 % that I Marcella Juliana Kaffeer has no account with Lewis store at all.
Please rectify this urgently.

I called the branch manager, and she did spoke to those employees, but firstly they denied that they were never there. After that they never went to my mothers house again
