I made a layby at Legit Bela Mall, and two days later went back and wanted to change the size of the item, but I was told it was not possible. they said they would put aside the Item I wanted and I will get it when I take out my layby. I went to take out my layby to my surprise they did not have the item they told me they would put aside. the cashier Nolo was very rude I canceled the layby and reported the matter to head office, I was told someone would call me but no one bothered. last week Saturday I went to cancel yet another layby and wanted to buy it using "pay just now" Unfortunately it did not go through, I think the system was down. I asked them to "relay by" the item which they did, the person who was assisting me was very friendly Joyce, two days after the laybye I received a call from "Sophia" the store manager she told me they were canceling my laybye she was very rude she even hangs up on me. I wanted to know the reasons for canceling my layby she said it was not supposed to be done in the first place but no one at the store explained it to me hence they did the laybye for me. I called the head office again, but no one bothered to assist me even now. since they said the regional manager would contact me last week Tuesday and even today. the service is poor and the staff lacks customer care. I am very disappointed as a loyal customer. I am very loyal to the brand 90% of my clothes I bought them at legit.
