I have been invoiced to pay a medical bill for in hospital stay of which pre authorisation was done and unlimited in hospitalization covered by Bonitas of which I was told hospital cover is 100% based on pre authorization.I have requested clarity numerous times from Lancet to understand why the shortfall but to no avail only same statements with no explanation.
